Solo numbers receive texts and voicemail only. Sending texts and placing calls is part of Teams and Enterprise. Add-ons are part of Teams: Solo is a fixed bundle. They are chosen on the account page and billed with the plan.
Questions
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the account page. You keep the plan until the period ends. Nothing is deleted afterwards: your vaults and codes stay readable, uploads pause, and numbers and addresses are released at the end of the period.
- Do you refund?
- No. A payment is spent the moment it is made: your number, address and capacity are bought from carriers and providers for the whole period, and that cost is not returned to us. Cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Where do I buy a plan?
- Here on the website, for every plan. The phone apps sell nothing; they show the plan your account already has. Teams is invoiced to the organisation, with seats you can change at any time.
- Which countries can I get a number in?
- United States, Canada and the United Kingdom at the included price; more countries at their local rate, shown before you rent.
- Do you have my data at all?
- Encrypted, yes. Readable, no. See the privacy and security page for what stays private in each service.
