Privacy policy

What we hold

Your account record, a verified contact used only for sign-in codes, the devices you signed in, your plan and billing status, and encrypted data we cannot open. To run the service we also keep operational metadata: when things happen, how large they are, and which addresses and numbers belong to your account.

What we cannot see

Your password, vault contents, files, authenticator secrets and codes, and the contents of messages and voicemail after they are sealed. See the privacy and security page for what stays private in each service.

Providers

We use established providers for payment processing, telephony and email delivery, and cloud infrastructure, bound by agreements that limit them to running the service. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach us.

Retention

Data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account removes the account and the encrypted data. Operational logs are short-lived.

Your rights

You can export your data from the apps and delete your account from the account page. For any request, write to [email protected].
